HOOWAH! It's a new record! I caught this one (with my gear) pitching a Powerworm, weedless, into the junk near the shoreline. I must have made 20 casts to the same spot before I hooked this big guy. He weighed over 5 pounds. Dave said we had to keep him, although I really wanted to throw him back. We fileted this bass and had a nice dinner with rice and fresh Brentwood sweet corn on the cob (and beer).
